Hard rock/metal goliaths Avenged Sevenfold have just been confirmed to headline the 2017 Loudwire Music Awards with a multi-song performance! In addition, the dynamic In This Moment have joined the performance lineup.
The two acts add more star power to an impressive list of performers, which already included Anthrax, Judas Priest’s Rob Halford, Halestorm,
Megadeth’s Dave Mustaine, Ice-T and Body Count, Nothing More, Starset and Power Trip. Hatebreed’s Jamey Jasta has also been added to the bill.
“We are excited to celebrate a night of heavy metal with all of our friends,” says Avenged Sevenfold singer M. Shadows. “We hope to see everyone there.”
The Loudwire Music Awards take place Oct. 24 at The Novo in downtown Los Angeles. WWE superstar and Fozzy frontman Chris Jericho will host the event, while Halford, Tony Iommi and Sammy Hagar will receive special honors. Other artists making appearances include Zakk Wylde, Vinnie Paul, Steve Vai, Rex Brown, Joey Jordison and many more.
