Michigan post-hardcore band Famous Last Words have mounted a massive, anticipated comeback with the release of a new single called “No Walls” via an eerie music video. The new single teases what’s to come from the band’s long-awaited new record that’s expected out in 2019.
“This is our first single that isn’t a part of a concept album since Pick Your Poison. This song has been brought up from the deepest parts of ourselves. We definitely wore our hearts on our sleeves with this track” – Jt Tollas (Vocals)
“The song was so deep, I had a lot of pressure to make an even deeper music video. So I thought, let’s bust out the shovels and start digging.” – Shan Dan (Director)
On the brink of near internal collapse from a tumultuous last few years, Petoskey, Michigan’s revered post-hardcore favorites Famous Last Words have emerged regenerated with a revitalized focus on creating some of the best music they’ve ever released. While previous records had centered around different fictitious characters, the band’s new single and forthcoming record turns the spotlight on themselves to tell their own stories. The new single was produced by founding From First To Last guitarist/vocalist and praised producer Matt Good (Asking Alexandria, Memphis May Fire, Veil of Maya).
